40.80m OKKO, built in 2012 by Mondomarine on their successful and proven 41 meter hull, is a voluminous and stable displacement luxury yacht with excellent sea keeping qualities.

Studio Vafiadis is responsible for her beautiful exterior and contemporary classic interior design embodying an opulent as well as extremely welcoming and comfortable style. Thanks to a flowing distribution of spaces, a harmonious play of light and a skillful combination of exotic materials and furnishings including Frakè wood, Galuchat leather, suede as well as rich onyx and marble, there is a liberating feeling of spaciousness throughout.

On the main deck, the wide panoramic side windows make the luxurious open plan salon and dining area even more welcoming. The salon features two couches to port with an entertainment system to starboard and, forward of the main salon, we find the adjoining lavish formal dining area for 12 guests.

On the upper deck, the sky lounge is fitted with a comfortable U shaped seating arrangement with the very latest 80” LED flat-screen TV allowing to transform this area into a private cinema.

As for accommodation, she sleeps up to 12 guests who can be accommodated in 5 luxurious cabins as follows. On the main deck, there is the large owner’s suite with a well-equipped relaxation area providing comfortable seating and a generous cloakroom. On the lower deck, are the remaining 4 cabins comprising two spacious double VIP cabins and two twin cabins all with en suite. As each cabin has its own SKY HD Decoder along with TV and a Kaleidoscope system offering a wide selection of world cinema from IPAD, great attention was paid to create a vibration free vessel with excellent soundproofing qualities, so to avoid the transmission of sound and vibration and make cruising on board OKKO as private and comfortable as possible.

The motor yacht is designed with Mediterranean outdoor living in mind, so all of her outdoor deck spaces are well laid out with a large, fully equipped bar on each deck and spacious, comfortable, shaded dining and lounging areas to relax.

A lot of emphasis was placed on the all-important night-time atmosphere with specific dimmable lights and under water-lighting, which can be easily switched from single to multi-colour during parties.

Also the sundeck is thoughtfully designed so to maximize its usable space. Here, a sliding glass screen allows to enjoy the breathtaking view even when dining at the 12 seater table while underway. When opened, this area transforms into the perfect relaxation oasis with a luxurious bar, barbeque, spa pool, seating and sun loungers.
